This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. Dr Torres did a great job, I felt that I was in good hands. All the people here were very helpful, gentle and kind to me. They explained very well every step of what was going on. Thanks to Dr Torres! This is the best dental care I have ever experienced! Professional, courteous, and friendly staff made me feel like family… would highly recommend to anyone!!!

New Smile has taken me several times now on extremely short notice. I have TERRIBLE anxiety, especially with dental work. But this place is incredible! From the staff, to the cleanliness and speed, I HIGHLY recommend coming here. My dental hygienist from today (Leslie) was super nice, patient, gentle, and helpful. She not only did performed excellent dental work on me but she was able to calm me down from my anxieties and work through each step with me.

My experience here has been very positive! Dr. Torres and her staff go out of their way to make patients feel comfortable. They truly care about their patients. Special shout out to my favorite hygienist Linda, who is excellent. I’ll never go anywhere else

The staff is incredible . They are the most amazing Dentist and other staff you will ever experience. They are caring and truly professional as well as very friendly ,and down to earth . Carlos the Dental Hygienist is a true professional and knows his job well doing an outstanding job. Dr. Torres is a confident woman with integrity and a wonderful heart too. This is overall a very competent staff that I’m very grateful To God, that I was led to. The deep cleaning I received was fantastic and the advise top notch. I recommend this Dental office to anyone in search of a good place that will be honest and care for your Dental needs with all their heart . If not for them discovering an issue , things would of got pretty bad but now their is great hope ahead still for the future. They are truly inspiring to me , the whole entire wonderful and loving staff. I work next door and made an appointment because I had a broken tooth that needed to be fixed quick. They saw me within an hour of just walking in and filing out some simple paper work. The staff was very friendly and professional. Dr. Torres did and excellent job and was very quick fixing the issue. Looks like new! She was very generous with my bill and didnt waste my time. Speed and quality are the highest marks for a dentist and she did not disappoint. Orly, the dental assistant was also very nice and did a great job. They gave me some discount certificates for discounted basic dental work in the future. Cant recommend enough!

I have not been to the dentist in a while so when my tooth chipped I was trying to find a dental office that would see me right away. A fee days ago I got a postcard in the mail with Dr. Torres’s friendly face. I called and got an appointment right away. Dr. Torres and staff were so accommodating and so friendly you would have thought that they had known me for years. I was happy to be to seen right away and I will definitely be coming back next week for an over due cleaning. I have finally found my new dental office!

Dr. Torres is amazing. I've had horrific dental experiences as child. Then i found Dr. Torres 7 years ago. She is the best. No one is more compassionate or gentle then she is. My husband, myself and our children just love her. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my dental care. I travel over an hour away because she is that good of a dentist and is so caring for her patients. She's wonderful.

The assistant was the best and the most sweetest person I've ever met! Dr. Torres was just as sweet! I was going to another dentist for 8 years and never received the kindness that I got from New Smile Dentistry! They actually care and take the time to go over any issues you may have! Definitely the best I've ever been to!

Dr. Torres and her team always make me feel comfortable at every visit. I would highly recommend her for all your dental needs. They do a good job with submitting insurance claims.

I am scared to death of dentists !!! I have never felt so at ease in a dentists chair as I did with Dr Torres . Wish 10 ⭐was an option !!!! Best bedside manner . I need a lot of dental work .. due to not seeing a dentist regularly (8 years ago was the last time I saw a dentist) , I am very happy to say , I am not going to make myself sick worrying about my next appointment . I'm actually looking forward to having my mouth taken care of .

We have been going to New Smile Dental at this location since the beginning. Dr. Torres is very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and we always have had a good experience. The office is updated and the staff is extremely nice as well, especially Orly.

I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about New Smile. Let me tell you, I have some pretty intense issues with my teeth along with an innate fear of dentists, & the dentist here has always gone above and beyond to make me feel as comfortable as possible, even as I probably make her job harder by uncontrollably trembling in her chair. The girls at the front desk are just as awesome - I’ll never forget when I first started going there a while back, I open mouth sobbed like a little girl while getting my first tooth pulled. On the way out the door while scheduling a new appointment, one of the girls stopped to tell me that she was proud of me for continuing to come back & take care of the mess that is my mouth even though it’s hard. After dealing with multiple chop shops, these women are a blessing & I 100% recommend them.
